DATE CHANGES If you need to switch summer camp date(s) after processing the online registration, please email our office. Date changes will be processed provided there are slots available and the request is received at least seven days before the date your child was scheduled to attend camp.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY We are unable to issue refunds or credits for camp absences, late arrivals, or enrollment cancellations – regardless of circumstances.
MEDICAL FORM All students must submit a copy of their completed and signed Medical Form before attending camp – please email a scanned version to the Afterschool Office. Medical forms are valid for one year from the date of issue. You can download it here – Medical Form.
